Think outside the box and reinvent brunch with… a breakfast raclette! Serve all ingredients around the raclette pan for a shared breakfast.

To cook on the pan:

  • Bacon-wrapped potatoes
  • French toast slices
  • Breakfast sausages or thick slices of ham

To cook in the cups:

  • Scrambled eggs or an omelette made with goat cheese and herbs, mushrooms and brie, or any other mouth-watering combination
  • Thick pancake batter to pour over berries
  • Pieces of bread or croissant topped with ham and cheese

Try fresh fruit, yogurt and granola to add some balance. You can’t go wrong!
