Skewered honey and cinnamon fruit
Apple, cut into large cubes
Bosc pears, cut into large cubes
Cantaloup, peeled and cut into large cubes

Honey and lemon whipped cream

35% cream

Plain Greek yogurt

Zest of 1/2 lemon
Steel skewers or small wooden skewers dipped 30 minutes in water


Step 1
Fruit skewers: Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Let the fruits marinate in the fridge if desired, for a maximum of 3 hours. Skewer the fruits.
Step 2
Transfer the marinade into a small pot and simmer until the liquid is syrupy, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Preheat the BBQ to medium-high and cook the fruit 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the fruits have markings.
Step 4
Honey lemon cream: Using an electric mixer, mix the cream, honey, and vanilla together in a bowl. Incorporate the lemon zest and the yogurt with a spatula. Refrigerate.
Step 5
When serving, garnish the skewered fruit with a scoop of honey lemon cream and drizzle marinade over top.


You can replace the honey with maple syrup, sugar, or brown sugar.
