Step 1
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions. Add and brown the meat.
Step 2
Add the peppers, tomatoes, and spices. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer over low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Add the beans and continue to cook another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spread some sour cream on the tortillas. Top with lettuce, meat mixture, salsa, and cheese. Roll into wraps and serve.
