chopped Northern shrimp

diced fresh mango (about 1 mango)

Directions

Step 1
Purée the avocados, cilantro, and half the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine shrimp, mango, and remaining lime juice in a bowl. Season to taste.
Step 3
Divide avocado mixture into 4 small bowls and top with shrimp salsa.
Step 4
Garnish with coriander leaves and whole shrimp to taste.
