Ricardo Mediterranean chicken breasts

clusters of cherry tomatoes on the vine

peaches, halved

medium bocconcini, quartered
Fresh basil (to taste)

Olive oil

Directions

Step 1
For the chicken: Heat the grill and grill the breasts over indirect heat for about 15 minutes, turning to create visible marks.
Step 2
Tomatoes: Coat the clusters of tomatoes on the vine with olive oil and grill on the barbecue 10 minutes per side.
Step 3
Peaches: Grill peach halves 5 minutes per side.
Step 4
Plate chicken breast with the bocconcini and the grilled tomatoes and peaches. Sprinkle with fresh basil, season with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
