Ingredients

180 g
semi-sweet chocolate
250 ml
peanut butter
175 ml
icing sugar
1 L
corn flakes
80 ml
peanuts

Directions

Step 1
Microwave chocolate with peanut butter in a large bowl on high, stirring every 30 seconds. Don’t overcook—stop as soon as mixture has completely melted.
Step 2
Add icing sugar and mix well. Stir in corn flakes and chopped peanuts, if using. It’s normal for flakes to break.
Step 3
Mound generous tablespoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
