Directions

Step 1
In a pot of boiling water, boil quartered baby potatoes for 7 minutes. Add green beans and cook another 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain and let cool in an uncovered bowl in the fridge.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over high heat and fry onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add ground beef and break it up into pieces using a wooden spoon. Cook meat for 5 minutes, or until no longer pinkish.
Step 3
Reduce heat and add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and spices. Mix well. Let simmer.
Step 4
Preheat barbecue to medium and oil grill.
Step 5
Remove potatoes and green beans from fridge and combine with the remaining ingredients for the salad. Mix well and place back in fridge until ready to serve.
Step 6
Grill Italian sausages covered for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F). Set aside.
Step 7
Grill hot dog buns for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Garnish each bun with an Italian sausage, simmered chili sauce, and grated cheese. Serve with baby potato and green bean salad.
