plain greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1
For the herb yogurt sauce, mix together all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 2
Grill souvlaki according to package directions on barbecue heated to medium-high. At the same time, heat pitas on upper grill or on unheated side of barbecue.
Step 3
Place a quarter of the yogurt sauce in centre of each heated pita. Top with the meat from one souvlaki brochette, a few juliennes of cucumber and mango, and some sliced onion. Roll up the pitas and wrap bottom half with parchment paper or foil wrap.
