Ingredients

 - northern shrimp
 - 500 mL
 
- 3/4 cup
 - fresh Quebec strawberries, cut into pieces
 - 175 mL
 
- 2 tbsp.
 - green onion, finely minced
 - 30 mL
 
- 1 tbsp.
 - fresh dill
 - 15 mL
 
- 1/3 cup
 - mayonnaise
 - 75 mL
 
- Lemon juice (to taste)
 
- Salt and pepper

Directions
- Step 1
 - In a bowl, add the shrimp, strawberries, green onion, dill, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
 
- Step 2
 - Toss gently to coat well.
 
- Step 3
 - Serve over a bed of spinach.
