Ham and maple quiche
ingredient
  • 5 egg(s)
  • 80 ml milk
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 125 ml cheddar and mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 175 ml smoked ham (Lafleur P’tit Caprice old fashioned ham), cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 2 green onion(s) , finely chopped
  • 2 ml salt
  • 1 pie crust (of 23 cm), thawed

  • 1 pie crust (of 23 cm), thawed
Prep time
  1. Heat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  4. Pour mix into pie crust.
  5. Place pie crust on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake on lower rack for about 45 minutes or until the centre of the quiche is well set.
