Burgers de fromage en grains sur pain brioché

  • 500 g beef , medium grounded
  • 250 ml cheese curds , coarsely chopped
  • 60 ml barbecue sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 5 ml steak spices
  • 4 broche buns

Prep time
  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high. Oil the grill.
  2. Mix together the ground beef, cheese curds, barbecue sauce, egg, and spices in a bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill patties on barbecue about 15 minutes, turning at the halfway point, or until meat is no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  4. Toast the brioche buns on barbecue grill.
